Shushu is a social game where players pass phrases through text-to-speech and listening, similar to "broken telephone." Players take turns listening to audio and typing what they heard.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use Shushu. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate account information
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language in whispers
- Attempt to harass or harm other users
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
- Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
5. Content
You retain ownership of the phrases you submit. By submitting content, you grant Shushu a non-exclusive license to use, display, and transmit your content as part of the game experience.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The Shushu app, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Shushu and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimers
Shushu is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shushu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
